  My nine year old was so nervous to come to the dentist that he tossed his cookies before his appointment. I called ahead to Tebo to warn them that I had a slightly hysterical patient on the way. When we arrived, Paula (the receptionist) came out to the waiting room and talked to my son. She really made him feel at ease, and she stayed with him through his cleaning and xray when it became clear that she had made a connection with him. The office made an arrangement for someone to cover the front desk so she could stay with him.
  The kindness just continues with everybody we see there. The personalized care and attention has continued through all three appointments we've had. They even seem to have made a note in his file that he's more comfortable when everything that happens to him is explained to him in great detail. They really tailor everything to the younger set-they know they're dealing with kids. They even pass scary-looking tools under the Patient instead of over, so they won't see them and get freaked out.
  
  I've decided to have his orthodontic work done at Tebo as well because we feel so comfortable there.
