This note is for the most Senior Member of the Tebo Dental Group: This morning I noticed my Pre-Med had expired and called your office for assistance...Marina, answered the call and provided the BEST Customer Service! I know we are all busy and I see how busy your Staff is "Every time" I come into your office, but she took time out of her schedule to call my local Pharmacy and call in my prescription. Im not sure if thats standard protocol, but the way Marina handle this situation for me was extrodinary. When I arrived at the Pharmacy the Medicine was prepared and I was on my.
